In case you still receive junk email messages or the filters start preventing authentic emails from reaching your inbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. If you don’t want to risk missing a genuine email message that may be classified as spam because of its content, you can also set up custom filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the email message and redirect the emails to another email address where you can examine them later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domains hosted in the account, you’ll be able to enable the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin email filter that we provide and keep all undesirable emails out of your inbox. This functionality is accessible through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be enabled or disabled for any email account whenever you want. You can also fine-tune the security level with several mouse clicks if spam messages still enter your mailbox or the spam filter starts erasing genuine email messages. As you can select if the spam should be erased momentarily or redirected to another email account, you can set up spam@domain.com, for instance, and check all filtered messages there, so as to make sure that you won’t omit an email that you need. The emails that the email filter allows to proceed will still appear in your inbox.
